I am currently in network with most BCXBS PPO plans, however, I am out-of-network with several insurance companies. I try to maintain reasonable rates and I offer a super bill that you can provide to your insurance company requesting reimbursement. I use an online HIPPA compliant platform to collect all fees at the time of your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards,HSA cards and debit cards.
A clinical hour lasts 50 minutes. Ending 10 minutes before the hour allows the therapist to schedule your next session, write progress notes, and prepare you for your next appointment. Case conceptualization/treatment planning is essential to provide you the most effective therapy possible.

Out of Network Insurance Claims through a Phone App
